FSS Group, Inc.
was formed in December 1998 by Vincent J. Tramacera Jr., a long time
resident of the local area. Tramacera held
executive financial management roles for over 25
years. His wide-ranging experience
includes positions in auditing,
accounting, financial forecasting,
budgeting and strategic planning.
Initially, the firm started with just two
employees. Over the past several years the firm has seen steady
growth. A widening of the customer base necessitated
additional staff and the formation of strategic relationships with other
area financial professionals to provide expanded services to clients.
Today FSS Group, Inc. offers a team of professionals with over 50 years of combined
experience that you can trust and on whom you can depend.

Margaret G. Brown
CPA & Associates provides business and
personal accounting, tax, and financial
statement preparation services
throughout Oneida, Herkimer, Montgomery
and Jefferson Counties. In addition,
specialized tax services are provided to
clients throughout the United States.
Margaret G. Brown opened her practice in
2001 after several years of public
accounting. Her well trained team
focuses attention and effort to help
businesses of all sizes have accurate
financial information and use it
advantageously.
Margaret's
professional life has included years of
experience in banking and the
securities industry. As a stockbroker
with a national securities firm,
Margaret gained valuable insight into
national and global economic issues and
the financial markets. Consequently, she
is now able to specialize in advanced
investment related tax issues.
Margaret's credentials in these areas
have included federal and state
securities & insurance licenses, as well as, recognition for
various professional achievements.
Margaret is a
member of the New York State Society of
Certified Public Accountants. She is a
Summa Cum Laude graduate with a Bachelor
of Science degree in Accounting and
holds another Bachelor of Science degree
with honors.
